Q: What Time are you open?
A: Fridays/Saturdays in October & Halloween between 1800-2200. Last group will enter haunt at 2115 or 2130.
Q: What type of attraction do you have?
A: This is an Intense, Claustrophobic, "In Your Face" Experience. Not your typical "Boo" Haunted House. You've been warned!
Q: How many people per tour?
A: McKamey Manor is a very personalized "Interactive Experience". In order to receive the full effect, the groups are kept to a maximum of 6 persons.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Free with (Two) non perishable food items which will be donated to a local food bank.
Q: Is there an age limit for McKamey Manor?
A: NO, however due to the graphic nature it is not recommended for small children. We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears.
Q: How long does it take to go through?
A: Between 30-45 minutes. Some groups run right through others take their time. Depends on how you deal with fear.
Q: Do you use Strobe lights?
A: Yes, specialty lighting is used throughout all attractions.
Q: Is McKamey Manor handicap accessible?
A: Unfortunately, not at this time. There are numerous areas where it would be impossible for wheel chair access.
Q: Is there security?
A: On most busy nights there are police officers at the event. Every group is filmed during their tour as well.
Q: Will the actors touch us, or can we touch the actors?
A: Yes, the actors will come into contact with you, but you cannot touch the actors or props.

Q: How long is the wait in line?
A: It depends, at the beginning of October, there is typically less of a wait, maybe 20-30 minutes, at the end of the month near Halloween, it can be a very long wait. The closer you come to opening time (6pm) the shorter the wait.
Q: Can we be thrown out of the haunt for any reason?
A: Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules that must be adhered (and a WAIVER FORM), must be completed for your own safety and the safety of the other guests. Violation of these rules means you will be asked to leave.
Q: Can we be injured at your haunt?
A: We've never had any serious injuries in our 10 years of operation. Make sure to follow the rules. YOU MUST READ the WARNING page and sign the WAIVER FORM before you enter the haunt. DO NOT ATTEND if you have medical conditions that might cause you an injury... DO NOT enter our haunt if you are prone to seizures or if you have ANY kind of respiratory conditions, especially asthma, heart conditions. Do not enter if you have broken bones, casts or are pregnant.
Q: What can't we bring with us to your haunted houses?
A: No pets. No weapons. No alcoholic beverages. No drugs. No cigarettes. No cameras. It is also recommended to leave your valuables at home, like cell phones, purses, loose jewelry and more. We do not stop production to search for lost items. We are not liable for lost or missing items.
